Summertime is in the air! Can you feel it!?!

Pretty soon we will be spending more time outdoors. Those warm summer evenings are great for entertaining our friends and family. With that in mind, today I am sharing some great colorful additions to add to your summer entertaining collection. These options are all at affordable price points and can add some flair to your next summer gathering.

When I think of summer decor and entertaining pieces, I think in COLOR!  This season, the summer colors are vivid and rich, and I am loving all the options! Here are some great pieces to work into your next summer party.

It’s time to string up the globe lights and light the tiki torches! Let’s get this summer soiree started!

Summer is a great time to put together those make-ahead salads. They are so fantastic for entertaining and easy for guests to help themselves. These striped salad servers would add some color and function to your buffet table. I love the colors, and they are melamine, so they are perfect for outdoor entertaining!

No summer evening on the patio would be complete without some candle light. I adore these colorful glass hanging votives. Wouldn’t they be pretty to hang from a branch centerpiece on a table?

Another fun thing to do for your guests is to mix and match dinner plates. Vary colorful designs with complimenting colors to create an eclectic mix. These melamine patterned plates you could buy as a set or mix and match.

Having a bar ready with a variety of drinks is a must for a summer party. Drinkware is another chance to add a punch of color. These gem colored highball glasses are bold in color. The highball glass is great for summer cocktails, and you can use it for lemonade, mojitos, and more! Don’t forget to add a stir stick or straw! These striped paper straws are cute alone or you could jazz them up and make them into stir sticks. I have even added a chalkboard label and made them into food labels when I have a buffet table set up.
